And I reload a lot and this is the way customer service should be."

"Multiple attempts to contact this company about ammunition I purchased at a Sportsman's Warehouse. Just bought a new AR-15 and went out to plink some rounds. Saw this HSM remanufactured ammo and decided to buy it as it was a good price for just pinking rounds. It was the most miserable experience trying to shoot my new gun I've ever had. Spent most the time trying to unjam live rounds stuck in my barrel. It looks like their quality control on resizing the brass is not up to par. The other person I was on the range with had Winchester 223 and I put about 50 of their rounds through the gun without one single issue. I contacted sportsman's Warehouse to see if I could possibly get a refund as I've only shot about 30 rounds of the 400 I bought but they are unable to take live ammunition back and recommended I contact the manufacturer. I would recommend staying away from at least the remanufactured ammo because their quality control on it seems to be far from acceptable unless you enjoy un jamming live rounds from your barrel. I have video proof of every time it jammed. There are five photos showing how hard the extractor tried to remove the rounds from the barrel but ended up just tearing the brass because they were so jammed in there."
