"Was the rudest pharmacy person I’ve ever encountered. I called and before I could get an entire sentence out I was being interrupted with repeated “Calm down!”s that were as puzzling as they were downright bizarre. I would literally stop talking, leave it to dead silence, say in a low voice, “ma’am, can I?” “Calm DOWN!” she scream at Me? everytime! So after many bouts of me listening in total silence to her being hysterical telling me to calm down, I finally get her to listen to a good chunk of my situation so I can ask the question and then she just blurts out, “we filled them, they’re here, they’re HERE!” I told her that wasn’t the point, I had a different question and she started with loud “calm downs” again. I couldn’t say more than 3 or 4 words without her acting like I was acting delusional or raising my voice, saying cuss words or doing anything in any way disrespectful but really I was just irritating her by asking a question that took a backstory/too long and the fact I called at all. Otherwise I have no clue how I set her off. Then I asked her name and hung up because her almost tantrum like outbursts had been more than enough for one evening. Then, I decided to call back because I actually needed my question answered and did hear other people in the background. So I called back, she answered. I asked if I could speak to another employee, those words exactly. That’s all it took. I was then informed that she was the manager and she didn’t have to hand the phone to anyone or talk to me. I said quickly, “but I have a question”, to which she quickly answered, “I don’t have to answer your questions”. I reminded her that she works for a pharmacy and does have to answer questions about medications and services and that’s when I heard the dial tone. Honestly have never encountered worst service in the medical industry than from this woman. She shouldn’t be in customer service, let alone the pharmacy business if she’s going to scream at, be rude at and hang up on people that call in for questions about their medications."
