"Lived here for 2.5 years. It was OK to good. Actual apartments are OK, rent price is reasonable (for Missoula) considering there is a gym and pool. They allow you to have satellite TV, and pets, all pluses. Rent raised steadily each year we were there, and at one point they also made cats require pet rent, something not in our initial lease. Additionally, getting work done on your apartment was nearly impossible - we lived with a broken thermostat (stuck on hot all summer!) as the office refused to believe a possible issue. This occurred several times with several different items, with the common thread being the office refusing to believe it was an actual issue. This all would have been relatively acceptable and par for course, however I would recommend not moving there as they gouged us quite hard when moving out. They claimed they had to replace closet doors that functioned perfectly fine and were not damaged (EX: empty rooms we didn't even USE), and a top to a pony wall (claiming there was a deep gouge - we literally never used the wall!) In all likeliness, it seems they wanted to do updates to the apartment after we moved out and just made us foot the bill as they knew we were moving out of state and this dispute becomes nearly impossible."
