"While I enjoy all of the employees here, and they all are really kind and nice, a mistake was made that cannot be overlooked. They filled a prescription incorrectly for months, 7 months to be exact, and 4 times. The prescription was never correct from the start, so how was I supposed to know. It was only caught by a different pharmacist when I transferred the prescription to a different pharmacy for convenience. I did receive a refund for paying for the wrong prescription, and an apology, but the mistake should’ve never been made."
