"Terrible place, terrible service. Don't ever have meds in stock including insulin!!! A diabetic can't wait a week for you to carry the meds your supposed to provide!"

"Grew up here, but live out of state. Came home to visit family and had a little accident on a quad. Called doctor back home who called in some prescriptions to Granite for me. They were so kind and courteous and even offered to deliver the meds to me if I couldn’t drive down there to get them. Now that’s service!"

"Every time I went there on a time sensitive prescription I ended up having to go to Missoula to get it filled. Called in a refill and they said it would be ready by 10 the next morning. Then I show up at 1PM only to find out they don't have it in stock. I had to take my business elsewhere just to have confidence that my scripts would be filled on time. I recommend CVS. They have a few locations in Missoula and every time they haven't had something they at least called me to let me know. It isn't the best but it is better then wasting a trip like I did multiple times at Granite."

"I have been there 3 times and all three time I had to leave and come back the next day. They billed the wrong insurance even though I told them I had a new one and not to use the old one. Then they wouldn't even call the insurance company for me. So i had to call and fix their mistake. Seems their only real talent is wasting people's time."
