Walmart Pharmacy 36318 Memory Lane, Polson, MT 59860

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Nearly every time I go there, they won't give me all of my medications, stating that my insurance won't allow my refill yet. So I call my doctor, and they contacted my insurance company and get approval, but walmart still won't give me my medication. I'm not trying to get narcotics. I'm trying to get my birth control and other medications I'm proscribed. If the doctor and the insurance give the ok what is the problem? Maybe its a matter of people not knowing how to do their job or maybe just laziness. Either way please learn your job or do your job correctly so people don't get their medications messed up. Do better!"

"Appreciate Walmart Pharmacy’s timely filling of orders, with respectful staff who are more than willing to answer questions. If they don’t have supply of a particular medicine in, they will order it for you. They have a drive-through pick-up option that is convenient and a text alert system."

Repeated claims of not having prescriptions when they did, not knowing what was called in previously, and (the last straw) giving me an incorrect quantity because of a shortage and not telling me when I picked it up to later find out and be a inconvenience."

Slowly walked over and helped me disgustedly. I came back 15 minutes later to get my meds and helped everyone in line b4 me when I was first."
