"Horrible experience living here. The rules were changed 4 times in 3 months living here. Multiple people around town in the recovery community and business community all have expressed ill feelings and harsh words about the landlord. Was kicked out 3 times in the span of 3 months and didn't break any rules. The landlord told me she was watching me for months on the camera and when I leave the house. The landlord went through my food and has repeatedly made problems out of nothing like complaining about walking down steps, shutting doors, and toilet paper running out. The official reason I am being evicted is because the landlord accused me of doing drugs, based off her assumptions from watching me on camera, and didn't like that I told her it was untrue and a violation of privacy being watched and accused of things that were untrue. Since there's no evidence of drug use because I took a drug test the reason is because she doesn't like my attitude.The landlord's response to me being offended to the blatant false accusations was to evict me. I attempted to remove myself from the room at which time the landlord blocked my way out, refusing to let me leave, and continued to accuse me of blatantly untrue and completely made up accusations. This landlord completely Crossed the line, repeatedly, to the point people in positions of authority and aware of the behavior have documented it. I will also add that I am an honorably discharged veteran who served his country and is in a program for veterans that supports me in various ways. Including having a relationship with the landlord. They have documented this behavior and have assessed that it's not a safe environment conducive to recovery. Even the authorities as well as counselor and case manager have all said the landlord has issues and is weird, they're word not mine, and will assist me in finding different housing. Everything I have stated is the truth and it is my hope that this review and information will help someone in the future not make the same mistake I did by thinking the bunkhouse was a place or recovery and stability. It's not a sober house because there are no drug tests and no mandatory meetings and the landlord does absolutely nothing recovery based. The reputation of the landlord in the recovery community is that she doesn't help people but rather hinders them to the point people have to share about it with other people because it negatively affects they're recovery. This landlord has done nothing but violate my privacy and disrespect me and create many problems that were bogus and unfounded."
