"We have been traveling for the summer and brought our dog with us. She was in dire need of a groom and decided to try our luck while in Hamilton. We left a message with Hannah and luckily someone canceled and she called us the next day to tell us we can have that appointment. Our dog now has a great and cute summer cut suitable for travel. Hannah did a great job with our Havanese and we were so grateful that she could fit us in."

"FYI I have never left a negative review in my entire life. We have a 1 year old yorkie/toy aussie with very difficult fur and after finding Mats in her fur close to her skin I called Hannah and she was 2 weeks out. I made the appointment but also saw that my dog was not comfortable so I ended up shaving the majority of her body by myself and she was instantly happier. She didn't look super great and I accidentally nicked her and felt awful and Hannah made it that much worse as if I did it on purpose. Today when I brought her in i was looked at and talked to like I was the worst pet owner ever.. Macy was wet and dirty from being outside in the morning because my husband forgot that today was her appointment. Hannah's condescending tone and judgy attitude was not appreciated as if I didn't already feel bad. When I returned to pick Macy up she looks at me and says "I really hope you don't try and do that yourself again." Again very passive aggressive. I clean houses for a living and I would never make someone feel bad for letting their home get away from them and instead try to help them and let them know that life happens. Not happy with how I was treated and will not be returning."

"I love this place! It is the only place I will take my dog. The ladies are very kind and know their stuff. They make your dog comfortable and they leave beautiful. I have a border collie who goes in for seasonal deshedding and I love it. I get fir help and he gets spa time. Bonus: their prices are unbeatable!!"
