"Cathy is super nice, but this facility just doesn't work for me or my dog. In the winter, be prepared for mud everywhere - on YOU and your dog. The dogs bark and bark and bark at you while you walk to the door and once your inside. It is headache inducing. She does a great job at grooming and she clearly loves dogs. But we just can't deal with the rest of it."
