"I've attended two classes, one with Lynn and one with Shayna. Both women were so pleasant and welcoming. I've never done yoga before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The classes are small and I felt totally comfortable as a newcomer just following along with the poses the best I could. The instructors do a good job of narrating and modeling the moves without interrupting the flow of the class. I love the studio and the way I feel after a session. I love the offering of essential oil at the end - so nice! I'm looking forward to the next class already :)."
