"One of the front desk clerks was not very hospitable to me when I called about a problem with my room and I didn't feel like he was listening to me very well either. I had called to see about changing rooms because of loud noises that kept hearing and after he checked about rooms and told me there were none he was done with me. I had to probe further to ask if he could send maintenance to at least come check on the noise for me. The technician who came up to look at my A/C unit on the other hand, was actually very knowledgeable and had great customer service soft skills. I believe his name was Christian. Please convey my thanks to him for his excellent service."
"The staff here is truly fantastic, there was some billing confusion and Stephen the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind helping me get it all sorted. The rooms are cozy and clean and the cleaning service does a great job"

"I recently had a stay, at the Marriott in downtown Bellevue/Seattle from November 18th to November 19th. I felt compelled to share my experience. I checked in at 6 pm. Checked out at the time the next day but unfortunately my stay was quite unsatisfactory. The room did not meet the standards as advertised. The amenities listed were poorly maintained. This inconsistency had an impact on the quality of my stay. •Broken Hangers •Smoke Ashes left in toilet bowl •Only one water bottle •It is their protocol but THEY DO NOT PUT FITTED SHEETS ON BEDS •Outdated remote control, causing us to call maintenance for new batteries •Extremely rude front desk agents As a returning customer I had hoped for improvement. Regrettably there was a decline in service quality that left me deeply disappointed. It seemed like they may have overlooked guest retention. When guests are unsatisfied it can have an impact on their recommendations. Unfortunately based on my experience it is unlikely that I will return or recommend staying at the Marriott. This can potentially affect their customer base and industry reputation. The website promises services; however during my stay they fell short of those promises. It is crucial for them to go above and beyond these expectations in order to maintain their brands integrity within the hospitality industry. I strongly urge the management to reassess their service standards for the sake of customers, like myself and to attract ones as well. Hopefully this feedback will lead to changes being made. The pictures below is what we came in to (the toilet bowl had been flushed twice already). Towels placed in a disorganized way and also missing one pair. Dust near the missing water bottle. Ripped bedding? I’d also like to mention this was for a one year anniversary. Unfortunately it did not serve as a good stay. I do not recommend this unless you just need somewhere to crash for the night. The only person that made this stay 5% better was the dining room manager!"
"This Marriott feels like a AC Hotel or other simpler brand. There is something sterile about it vs inviting. The lounge food is comparable to a Best Western. Fake scrambled eggs and tired carbs. Oddly my room was missing both a hairdryer and the iron. The thermostat in the room added degrees to my setting so I was back and forth with it to keep it at 71. It liked 73. So basic needs around this stay were a miss in terms is customer experience. I’ll try another property next time."
