"Extremely dirty rooms, bathroom was leaking from the ceiling could even use the toilet. There was no other rooms they said, but they would give us a free stay for another time. But we weren’t ever going back. Bed was uncomfortable. And the staff were rude. And I just found out people have been getting bed bugs there. Gross To the owner I am not being rude. I’m simply being honest and stating the facts of what happened to me during my stay. There is nothing wrong for saying the truth and other should know before they stay there. Have you guys done any changes no you haven’t."
"Edit: response to the company's response. I was not directly listed as I was not the name on the reservation. I will not be providing my personal information on public reviews to protect myself. As far as litigation is concerned, I have no affiliation with any company and provided this review after an experience I had. Your litigation has nothing to do with me or my experience. The location is quite remote and a very beautiful area. The problem is that with the cleanliness of the rooms and the bedbug infestation, the lodge seems less than interested in handling. If you care about cleanliness and a safe place to stay, you'll be better off sleeping in the parking lot than the lodge"
"We live robotic lives, taking care of people day in and day out it’s beyond exhausting when your heart and soul tells you to relax. My boyfriend and I decided to change things and create more balance of what we love and what loves us back. We have been to many different places in the past few years and Lolo lodge has been our calling. We have been pampered in the most idealistic magical of places. I cannot write in a review how amazing this place is that keeps calling us back. The service Ken has provided our short stay has been beyond and above expectations. This felt truly like home away from home. Thank you Ken it’s was the best time ever!!!"
"Stay here was truly amazing! The staff was excellent and the hot pools were exactly what my sore muscles needed after a long day of snowmobiling. I was a little hesitant after reading some recent reviews but it’s obvious this is one unhappy person trying to sound like many. I stay at the lodge at least once a month and I’ve never had an issue with staff or cleanliness. Will be staying again, thank you Fairbridge!!"
"Listen and listen good. Anyone reading this review, should take it seriously. Avoid this place at all costs. If you stay here, you have a high chance of being attacked by bed bugs. They will suck your blood and give you rashes. You also have a high chance of taking them home with you and that's a whole other nightmare. Stay away at all costs. I'm surprised the health department isn't involved in this place. This whole place needs to be shutdown, not just the lodging. My friend took bedbugs home from the lodge and it cost him over $2k to get his house treated and the emotional damage it did to him and his family, was even worse then getting bedbugs themselves. You've been warned. If you stay here. You're not very bright."
