"Honestly, I have mixed feelings about my experiences with Dr. Covington. I’ve seen her three times, one of them being very positive and the other two being rather less so. I appreciate very much that she is knowledgeable and efficient, and she has been thorough in immediately addressing any potential issues she comes across and advising me on how to protect my skin. At the same time, it feels very rushed, and it feels like some of what I say gets glossed over or dismissed. I trust Dr. Covington, and the staff are friendly and efficient, but I can’t say that I feel any warm fuzzies about my visits. However, I don’t go there because I need to be friends, I go there because I trust that my dermatological needs will be well met, and that if I present her with a particular issue or question, Dr. Covington will address it quickly and thoroughly. And for that, and the friendliness of the staff, I’m very grateful."
