"Had a bed bug infestation, The Landlords, inc.(name of property management company), insisted I use this guy. What a loser, he didn't have the first clue on how to treat the problem. He just sprayed around a bit. He didn't bother to move one piece of furniture, which is essential in treating for bed bugs. Then he lied to the landlord and said that he did move the furniture. Also, told us we were most likely not responsible for the infestation and then turned around and told the landlord the opposite! So I got charged 75 bucks to have this dirty slob walk around my apartment playing exterminator. Worst part is, this isn't an employee IT'S THE OWNER! If you need an exterminator do yourself a favor and call a professional."
