"Unfortunately I have had to fire Rosalee as my injector, it's very unfortunate because I absolutely adore her staff and for the most part like her work! Sadly I feel her ego and attitude has surpassed her talent and emanates how she treats her patients and staff. When I first started seeing her she would go threw staff pretty often so I was rather hesitant as there is usually a reason a provider has staffing issues. The ladies she has now are absolutely wonderful and genuine! It's very sad that twice now I have actually complimented Rosalee on her staff while in the midst of treatment on her assistant who now has been there for years and how wonderful she is as well as the the esthetician and didn't even acknowledge the compliment, I was very offended for your staff! She didn't even say thanks! She should be ashamed of herself, without good support you wouldn't be able to do what you do!I've heard you call you office manager just a receptionist when I have called at 11 pm and she has actually answered me and was unbelievably kind and reassuring! I was so taken aback that she said she had the work phone 24/7, I sure hope she's compensated for that! I've personally seen her shopping for your medspa and spoken to her, so just a receptionist is very disrespectful. I've seen you speak down to your staff and simply be rude to them, do you even like them? You spoke to me very condescending when I came back for a recheck on filler, like everyone is just supposed to know what you do. You're no longer humble in anyway and have quite an air of arrogance about you, your conversations are no longer of a caring demeanor and that's fine, maybe that's just who you are anymore, they're fake and phony and left me feeling not heard and uncared as a client, like I was just money to you. I won't be referring anymore of my friends and acquaintances there nor will I be patronizing your business further, which I'm sure doesn't bother you one bit as you put off like you're better then everyone else. Your esthetician is one of the most knowledgeable and amazing and ambitious I have ever been to, and I've been to some of the most high dollar spas, she beats them hands down. Her personality is irreplaceable! I felt terrible for her as one day one of your two nasty tempered little dogs who are on site alway, aggressed me baring it's teeth as I bent to pet the other one and she was left apologizing profusely for your animal! You should be embarrassed by their behavior and you dont correct them. That's a huge liability having animals that nip or attempt to bite a patient or client. Sounds like a lawsuit in the making. You should be very well aware, isn't your significant other an attorney? Seems pretty irresponsible to me, maybe that just speaks volumes about your selfish character anymore. I can almost guarantee when those two ladies leave you will several lose other clients, as they were who kept me coming the last few times. Good luck ladies!"

Rosalee is talented and very well educated regarding all aspects of her profession. Her workspace is beautiful and professional her staff is delightful and professional.
