"The office staff and nurses are nice but the low rating is for the treatment I got from the doctor. My doctor here was Claire Frost. Before booking her, please do your homework. She has a 2 star rating on all medical review sites. It's there for a reason. When I was in 2nd grade I got very sick. So sick that I lost a dangerous amount of weight. My doctors put me on PediaSure and monitored me for years. I was taken off it because I wasn't gaining any of the weight back and I also wasn't getting sick often. When I entered college I started taking birth control which changed enough hormones in my body to allow me to gain weight. I ended up being about 110 lbs. After getting a bad reaction years later, I went off it. Over the next year my weight rapidly declined back to what it was before taking the medication, 90 lbs. I went in for a checkup just to make sure it wasn't anything serious. This was when Dr. Frost kept insisting I wasn't eating properly. My diet never changed. She kept saying there is NO WAY that being off the medication could do such a thing. If a doctor does this to you, it might be a red flag. Reason why is because your body is different from all the other bodies they've seen. It's possible that it reacts differently. In my case, when I have something like this in my medical history it should 100% be taken into consideration. But we sat there arguing because she thought my Anxiety and PTSD was keeping me from eating. Which was another red flag because my mental disabilities do not define me. I know when they are keeping me from a healthy lifestyle. This was something we could not see eye to eye on and I could not convince her otherwise."

"This place tricked me into thinking I had a primary care physician for three years. After my initial intake appointment, I was never able to see Dr. Bass again. Every time I called, I was either told to go to CostCare or offered an appointment in 4-5 months. I just tested positive for COVID, and I called because my oxygen level had dropped below 90%. A few hours after they told me Dr. Bass would call me back, someone else called back and told me to go to an urgent care clinic, adding that because it had been so long since I had seen Dr. Bass, I wasn't really their patient anymore. I would have a doctor right now if this office had the competence or organization to simply tell me they couldn't treat me. Anyway, hope I live."
