Community Children's - Pediatric Primary Care

"The front desk personnel lost my daughter's papers for her physician to sign, just blatantly lost it. Now we have to wait three weeks to get this paper signed, which prolonged a long process even longer. I dislike pulling this card but being a life long Montanan with tons of past experiences, I feel because of the hue of my skin is why there was no sense of importance to the document. Not happy at all. This is unacceptable, isn't there an SOP in place to negate this type of issue?Just saying. Tighten in up!! This isn't the first time we waited for my handicapped kid to get her needs and forms and referrals out and signed."

"My 4 kids went here. We seen Dr.Simmons and Dr.McGovern. Both excellent providers with great bedside manner. I myself have not had issues with the front desk staff as mentioned in other reviews. They made it easy to get in same day as long as you call right away for sick visits. I’d definitely return to them."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. They claim I got a reminder call(my phone records even show I did not) and I ended up missing our very 1st appointment. I called to check appointment time and was rather rudely greeted with "you missed your appointment and are a no call/no show and since you are new we are not going to see you at our clinic." We have been DISCHARGED and not allowed to reschedule!! Mistakes happen people and I may have called apparently after my appointment time but I at least called AND apologized at the error. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY DOCTORS OFFICE THAT IS SO QUICK TO BOOT PATIENTS(current or potential) OUT THE DOOR!!"

"While the physicians at this practice have always been relatively good to us we have had multiple instances where the staff (one particular front office employee) has been extremely rude. My last 4/4 interactions with this person have been negative. I can tell that the other two employees try to compensate for it which is much appreciated. To you, front office employee whose name I won’t advertise, I give this advise: I have been in the medical field for nearly a decade and I can tell you with complete certainty that I understand that there are frustrating times with patients, fellow staff members, etc., but KINDNESS truly does go a long way. If you are so unhappy that you have to snap at my husband and I while chewing a mouth full of food at the front and center window of the practice then maybe this job is no longer the best fit for you. You never know what a person is going through in life and we each have our own battles but I really do hope you can find enough peace and happiness in your path to treat others with compassion and kindness. I will be moving our business elsewhere."

"I've taken both my kids to MVP for almost 10 years. I love how they don't prescribe antibiotics unless it's absolutely necessary and I'm always comfortable with their judgment. I've never had a problem getting an appointment, they always make things work. My kids LOVE Dr. Randall, my son even dressed as him for Halloween one year. The receptionists and nurses are also incredible, and lets face it most of the time we spend is with the nurses anyways. I highly recommend this office to my loved ones."
