"I have been coming to this office for over a year for two pregnancies. I have only had wonderful experiences with both Holbrook and Mitchell as well as the rest of the staff including nurses and admin. They have all been friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable."

"Have been waiting for my Appointment for over a month now. I drove an hour and a half. Finally showed up on time and the front desk lady was just like “oh your appointment is not here is actually in Hamilton” no one said anything. She called the day before to remind me of my appointment and did not mention that the appointment is in Hamilton. She was very unsensitive and just offer to schedule for another month out. Until my husband asked if there’s another earlier date. I hope they start looking into hiring a front desk that actually does a good job and care that they are working with women with complicated pregnancies most of the time. I’m so dissapointed"

"Last minute they told me a staff member had scheduled a Dentist appointment during my Appointment scheduled with them. So I had to show up two hours earlier then I planned on. That made things hard since I’m a stay at home mom of a two year old. Then I go into my new scheduled appointment and wait forty minutes in the waiting room. I went to reschedule and the front desk staff was asking me why I don’t wait a bit longer, then immediately a nurse rushes out to take me back. While my growing baby was being examined, the staff happened to talk smack about the last two patients odor, stating the room needed to be aired out. I was treated very poorly the entire hour plus visit I had there. Unfortunately I have to go back. The staff is rude and will gossip about you as a patient to other staff."

"Hello! I want to share my amazing experience with this office. From day 1 they welcomed me as I was a forever patient. Alex & Brekka are absolutely amazing at what they do, Dr. Holbrook is phenomenal at his job, he cares above & beyond will spend as much time with you as needed. Dr. Mitchell is as good as Holbrook he really cares about his patients, he is very clear with you about everything, does not sugar coat! I love that. They have the best staff, Eillen is the sweetest ever! She is a hell of a MA for this office. I have had NO ISSUES. They have an amazing PA Aschild (not sure on spelling) but she is amazing. She has been by my side since day one support me through my GDB, I am so thankful for her. I have been with them for 13 weeks, the last 8 weeks has been once a week & they are amazing. I would recommend 100000x over! If the stars would go to 100 I would say 100/100. But they don’t, so they most definitely get a 5/5! Thank you MFM for being so amazing to my husband & I!"

"I’ve had to come here biweekly during my pregnancy for a few months. Every time I come they were running at least 40 minutes behind. Not only are they running late but they don’t acknowledge they are late. You never hear “I’m sorry for your wait”. The front desk doesn’t let you know when you arrive. This office doesn’t consider people have jobs and can’t be out of office for hours. If you plan on coming here for a ultrasound plan on being here for at least 4 hours. Luckily most people only have to come here once!"
