"Nancy was hired by the courts to be the visitor in our guardianship case. She preformed a zoom call meeting with my husband and I. I could tell she was taking notes, which I appreciated. She then typed the notes up and emailed them to me to look over. She got a lot wrong so I edited it accordingly, trying not to add anything she didn’t have written down. I sent it back to her thinking she would complete it in a professional manner. When she submitted her report to the courts it sounded like a child wrote it. I was so disappointed I called her to ask how this is possible. Apparently, she expected me to write my own report. Nancy Smith was not worth the $10,000+ that was spent on her services. I would NOT recommend her to anyone in the future."
