"I went to the er here for a visit for my son and I had to go polson er for a second opinion turned out my son was bitten by a black widow and this hospital did not evaluate or look or listen to anything I said and said that he just has a blister they sent me with no information not even a time frame to to follow up with a doctor the polson clinic provided me with a cream to put on his face and a bandaid plus gave information on how to care for his bite to keep the infection from spreading you don’t just get a blister for no reason and he was not burned at all I am very unimpressed and will never take my kids here again it’s a shame that the doctors their made me feel like my son was not important we were in and out within 10 minutes with no informat Doctors should care more about their patients than money they bring in that is what customers want and you can’t provide that then people will start going elsewhere I had to pay for two we visit because these guy were no help at all"

"I’ve been to their convenient care now several times all for different variety of things and they never fail to make you wait at least and hour. This last time I was in, I was attempting to get my boyfriend seen for nausea that he has had for three days. Two days in a row and 5 hrs collectively, we haven’t even seen a nurse. Better yet, when we call, we found out they hadn’t even checked us in or added us to the queue. No one even knew we were there trying to be seen. Not impressed and did not feel valued at all. I ended up going all the way to Missoula, because Polson clinic was closed."

"The care was not so good. Couldn't even get an IV in. The intake personal in not well trained, not knowing how to bill insurance, then the billing department bills the patient per there 'self pay' procedure. Ongoing, they send it to a collection in which seems to automatically go for garnishment of wages. Somehow able to get a judgment through even when the courthouse is shut down during the Covid 19 outbreak. I think it is amazing that hospitals are going after people during this pandemic. What do you think?"
