"I am absolutely appalled with this facility. It looks nice but that is about it. The person checking my son in gave me a patient summary form for another patient that included all of that patients medications and diagnosis. When I went back to her, she didn't seem to think it was a big deal at all, made an excuse that she had printed multiple documents at once. No information should be crossing a counter until it is double checked that the proper paperwork is being given to the correct patient. This is a huge HIPPA violation! When we got to the room, the facility only had one thermometer so the nurses were sharing it and we're going back and forth between rooms to get the thermometer."

"Why is it that every time I schedule an appointment and arrive on time the people who get here after me always get to go before? Not only that but I’ve come here multiple times for the same issue and they never have been able to help me resolve said issue. Almost every time I’ve come here someone has come into the room I’m in and when I thought it was finally my turn to be seen after 40 minutes of waiting it isn’t and they tell you it’s the wrong room."

"2 stars not a star more. Pending on the nurse you draw and good luck with that one hope she didn't have a bad night. You get attitude . Guess that's what happens in a small town your just a number they really could care less about your well-being. Glad they care about veterans if so they have a funny way of showing it ."
