"Rude interns, don't contact you and just don't fill the medication needed. They have been great before but I will never use them again due to this horrible batch of interns."
"Been going here for for years. The staff is always accommodating. With the amount of customers they see I appreciate the efficiency and courtesy I receive. Thank you!"
"This place is horrible. The staff is incredibly rude. I’m pregnant and in need of a medication I’ve had to wait all day to get one refill on a medication. When a medication was called in first thing in the morning, and than lack of communication and follow thru on their end somehow made it be my fault. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I have been going here for years. I’ve tried just giving in the benefit of the doubt but I absolutely cannot stand being treated the way I am with them. I’ll be switching."
"This pharmacy has gone down hill quickly! They are rude and don't get their job done right while blaming it on how busy they are. A pharmacist tech was actually encouraging customers to find a different pharmacy in an aggressive way. I have gone to this pharmacy for most of my life however I will not be going back. I suggest choosing a pharmacy that actually cares for their customers."
"I went to this pharmacy for a very long time. Through the years I had some good experiences, but more and more frequently they were bad experiences. I'm not sure if the switch happened when Osco bought the previously independent pharmacy, but the biggest issue was that I never got the same story from any two people. After the last several incidents, I will no longer be going back. Person #1 would tell me something hadn't been filled / called in / approved...so I'd leave, call, sort it out, go back, and person #2 would tell me something different. They persistently gave me a refill on a drug I still had instead of filling the one I hadn't picked up. Person #3 figured out where the miscommunication was and instructed me to say something very specific about where they needed to look to find the information. So - I went in, and said what he suggested when I started being told that there was no prescription- and the person looked at me and said, "I know how to do my job." I tried to explain again. Then the pharmacist came over to me as if I were the problem. I finally chose to switch pharmacies. It took me a few years of rough experiences, but four months of really bad ones - that being said, there were two people who tried really hard to help me - and sadly, they weren't always there, and the rest of the staff wasn't on board."
