"Amazing attitude and service. Every one should try Steam Alert at least once and you wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Sherri."
"Very good coffee, and very sweet lady. Best way to start my morning "
"Extremely friendly and kind service! We always have an amazing experience here. They have pup cups and bagels with a variety of flavor choices"
"Sometimes I just like a plain old drip coffee so I can actually taste the coffee. I ordered it, she said something about the drip coffee and it not being hot enough or whatever so she adds some hot water. I asked for a little extra cream and two sugar in the raw. She hands it to me and I asked for a spoon so I could stir it. She gave me the weirdest look and said it should be fine because I added hot water and stirred it. I said ok, I guess. Then she said do you still want one? I said no, it’s fine. Clearly I wanted one, just please give me a spoon. It wasn’t like I was asking for a free coffee. I drive away and take a sip of it. It was like drinking hot water with creamer. I pulled over to get gas at the convenience store next door. Opened the lid and it had so much cream in it you could barely tell it was coffee at all. I immediately poured it out and went into the store and a bought a gas station coffee. I didn’t want that but it was definitely better than what I had just got and paid more money for. Not a good experience at all for my first time."
"This lady has got to be the rudest person I have ever met. The coffee is good but dang both times she was rude and not very nice. I had some water left over that I held up to simple dump out. Water. and was told not to dump it out, there are 400 million miles out there don’t dump it on my parking lot. Like it’s water are you serious. Just lost forever my business good lord bless you."
