"If I could rate you a zero I would! My son is special needs and was seen in their ED. I asked for a patient advocate and was told, "I don't know who that would be." A promise of finding me the nursing management also never happened in the 2+ hours we were there waiting. I left with my son and followed up with a voicemail on hospital administration's phone and still have not heard anything. Their lack of compassion, and horrible bedside manner is a rampant problem. When I shared publicly what happened to my son I had no less than 10 other people tell me they were treated with the same level of poor care that we have been. You are the only ticket in town when it comes to emergency care, and you desperately need to treat your patients better, and consult minor Children's parents before administering tests. It is their place to let their child know what is coming, not yours or your lab technician!"

"For a small community hospital and clinic they are wonderful and caring. For the most part I have never had an issue with them and they are good to order any text or x rays in order to cover all the bases of a medical problems. Nick Lawyer is extremely caring and his bedside manor is the best. Now then I remember that we are all human so I don't look at unexpected issues to cause an ill report, I would recommend this facility to others and feel very blessed to have them in our community."
