"I rent my home from PPM, so lawn maintenance is contracted to Missoula Maintenance (MM) and is not optional. When the MM employee arrived to mow the lawn I explained to him that we had planted flowers up against the house and to avoid that area. He was understanding and completed the job without ruining my hard work. One week later he returned and began weed whacking the area previously set aside. When confronted he explained that he told the MM manager that the tenant wanted it that way. The MM manager said "I don't care, cut it down." MM shows a complete lack of care and consideration when completing jobs. My sunflowers and poppies are destroyed before they had the chance to bloom. Management at MM cares little for the aesthetic of your yard, they only care about completing a work order, getting paid, and moving on as quickly as possible. Missoula Maintenance will spit in your face if you let them, do not use this company."
