"I have previously given a 5-star rating to the good folks over at RC Worst but wanted to give another “tip of the hat to them”. Last week we had a situation where a leak showed up in the drainfield and some effluent was puddling on the surface in one area. I called the folks at RC Worst and talked to Kevin, their service manager. They were out the very next day and found that the problem was one of the glue joints had cone loose allowing the leak to occur. Gavin replaced the joint with an even better glue and had things closed up and back to working with no more leaks in no time at all! Best of all, they stood behind their warranty and did not charge me at all. These are great folks to work with who have integrity and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!"
