"4 people behind counter . No one but me in store trying to buy fuel with a fuel card to save money but know one new how to run the card. Defently a training problem. And made me feel like I'm an inconvenience. Wow trying is a management problem not the customers"

"Great staff at the casinos and c-stores. The only things I have had a bad experience is with Jennifer Weisgram, Paula Ruark and Pat Mandas. Jennifer and Pat think they’re better than everyone else. They just spend Kevin’s money by going out to eat at expensive restaurants. They run the hotel group as a Choice hotels executive only club. The hotel division directors are all friends and just care about themselves. The hotel division has a high turnover. The only reason the 5-stars, is because the staff at the c-stores and casinos make it a pleasure to visit their stores. Always friendly and good service."
