"Customer service is horrible. It use to be great. But for the last three years it has went down hill and continues to be unacceptable. Not to mention that they do not have things in stock that other Town Pump's do. Employees are rude and or impersonal, simply don't care. So we have taken are money to another gas station where customer service is great."
"I'm am extremely appalled by my experience here tonight. The gal (her name is Misty, unless she gave me a fake name) at the counter made me look like a complete fool when I was trying to purchase cigarettes. She joked with me for 3 minutes about my driver's license saying that I do not look anything like the picture! Went as far as telling me I was fatter in the pic. She quickly said, "No honey, I am serious. This looks nothing like you." Which is ludicrous considering I got my new DL 2 months ago and I have not had made any changes to my appearance. She could have simply said, " sorry but I can not serve you". I will never stop here again after being treated like I did tonight!"
"What a bunch of crooks!!! They double charged my credit card. When I tried to get them to fix it all I got was the runaround. They have gotten there last penny out of me!!!!"
"Very rude multiple times about face masks"
"We stopped for drinks, snacks, and to use the bathroom while on our road trip. I noticed available handicapped parking, door entrances, wide aisles, and handicapped bathrooms. The shelves were stocked adequately, as were the drink coolers. Personnel were friendly and helpful, and the drinks were cold. We quickly made our purchases and were back on the road again. While just a typical gas station/convenience store, it was clean enough and had what we wanted in the way of drinks and snacks."
