"FYI- After calling in advance about UPS/ Amazon returns and given a green light, I drove a long way to return my order where I was then informed that they don't receive Amazon returns unless you have a pre printed label. Oddly long pauses in the phone conversation as well. Thankfully there is a UPS store not far where I made it w a minute to spare before closing. Hopefully Staples can adjust their policy in the future. Thanks UPS store!!"
