"staff tried to hit a kid, and proceeded to lie to manager about the situation. i watched the staff start to raise her voice with minors who were just messing around. and of course they were probably not supposed to play with the toys like that, but given the fact they are middle schoolers what had happened is way unacceptable. and i am personally disgusted by the older staffs actions. there is a right and wrong way to approach situations and she was definitely in the wrong. i am disappointed because my family and I love stopping at the thrift stores on our free time, would never expecting i would to have to intervene to stop an old lady from hitting a 15 year old. i am only 17 myself, and this was definitely not the situation i thought i would be getting into after a long day at school."
