"Pay no attention to these other reviews made by people who didn’t abide by the contract they signed and agreed to. How can it possibly be the fault of the establishment for abiding by their own contract that both parties agreed on? I’ve never had a problem with the staff and have been a long time customer. I have never had a problem getting or fulfilling a loan or redemption. Also, as far as the staff being rude, I have never experienced that in all the years of business with this establishment. If as a customer you verbally abuse or berate an employee, you should not expect to be treated any different than you are treating the employee. This is the golden rule we were taught about as toddlers. Excellent establishment that provides a highly valued service to the community."
