"Jeffery will keep me coming back as He is an absolute delight every time He is working. I really do love giving Massa my business as much as possible. My gripe is in the lumber bay, which is usually why I'm there. First of all, sometimes I buy wood and nobody is around to take my paper, so I'll load up my lumber and try to find someone and end up driving away because I don't have time. It's a good thing I'm not the kind of person to take more lumber than I purchased otherwise it would be so easy. Second; You guys need to train the staff on how to use the damn saw. I bought 2 sheets of plywood and paid extra to have them cut... only for the cuts to be crooked and short. Since its not for anything pretty I let the guy know that they were uneven but I didn't care much. The last cut, though, was way too short so He had to go pull a whole new sheet off the rack for a single cut. Question to Owner; What if it was a $160 sheet of 3/4" Alder that needed to be recut? Or multiple pieces? Do you really want to lose money just because you're unwilling to train? Seems like an easy win considering that a lot of comments are saying the same thing."

"Update Feb, 2024: Employees are always willing to go the extra mile to assist when able. Twice we have been to Massa looking for special wood and were assisted by Adam who works in the yard. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Adam knows what he is doing, knows the materials that they have, willing to take the time and assist and knows the answers to questions. Adam is a great addition to a wonderful staff."

"A nice, helpful gentleman in the paint area helped us with paint. Sounds simple but... First he helped us find the quart of flat black rustoleum we were looking for. Then, when the specific etching primer was not in stock he ordered it for us. Wait for it. Then, as were leaving, he ran out to the parking lot with a quart of etching primer by the same company. Thanks."

"Bobby Saltzman - Contractor Sales = the WORST customer service I have EVER received in this valley and I've lived here my whole life. Rude and doesn't know anything about customer service, let alone doing his job. Hard to believe that Massa can stay in business with this level of incompetent employee."
