"Humm my last review has disappeared. Todd talked over me the entire time I was trying to explain my circumstances. Todds comments to me. "Since all you do is sit around you should contact your tribe to see if they will help." Then he said "Well I guess since you aren't going to do anything about this it can sit here and build interest. A lot of interest." Well Todd I would recommend you find a different job. You don't seem to think that there is any need to be nice let alone kind to people who are experiencing "real life issues". My hope for you is that you never end up in a place in life where an accident happens and everything you work for is gone. We'll see how long this review stays. Dear Mr. Owner: You totally missed my point. He said "Since all you do is sit around." That is so offensive as well as him talking over me. Im used to people being ignorant of Tribal issues, although you would think the fact that you are located on the homelands of the Salish people your employees might do some research on Tribal people and Tribal issues. There are how many Tribes located in Montana and surrounding states? And by the way I had relayed to him the last time we chatted that my Tribe doesn't provide assistance and I most likely explained why."

"I called to talk about a collection I had,the first lady was extremely unprofessional irritated that I called asking about it and refused to offer any help. I tell her what I'm calling about this cause i want to take care of it and continues snapping at me. I tell her I was just asking for some info on it to help understand starts screaming at me. This place needs to hire people that don't act like she did. If someone is calling about their account don't be rude they are obviously trying to handle things.i also fins out that my.bill went from %210 - $498 refused to help in any way tried paying off original debt and no help except getting told I can make payments for the $498."

"Tesla was a great help today for putting my account on hold till I can get caught up. As well as Tod who helped me figure things out with my debt. As a young adult who struggles, they complied and helped way more than other collection agency’s and even insurance at times. It’s not their fault that hospitals bill wrong and don’t inform you that you have a debt."

"These guys are scum! I am being sued in the wrong court first of all for a debt that I was not notified about and is not on my credit report. Went and tried to pay the balance that has almost tripled and they can’t find an account associated this… aren’t you supposed to send letters before you sue? Super confused and will be reporting this. Never received a letter. And plus I have tried contacting them but every time I called I was hung up on… real winner here"
