"They lied and said i hadnt paid. When i paid them in full. They stole money and lied about that too. During covid and all i paid them in full. They are so full of themselves that they committed fraud to the government and laugh in all our faces. Wdll, you may not know this but they were paid in full twice. Their fraud bought them money out of all our pockets. They are church bought and evil. They made it personal and i am not laying down."

Wouldn’t answer my question. Literally turned the microphone/speaker off in the middle of me wishing her a happy weekend. Really big bummer for the end of a crazy Friday for me."

"Worst credit union on the planet. I've used about every credit union and Bank in Idaho falls area. This is by far the worst of them all. Card services is a clown show. They are liars and no one that knows what they are doing. Service is rediculas and slower than tar. They are unwilling to help when you have an issue with an account or a card. I'd rather trust my money to a 5 year old than this bank. They lie about everything and refuse to admit when they make a mistake. The worst. Stay away!!"
