"I can't accurately rate this place, as I called for two weeks without making contact with anyone. I also imagine they don't specialize in nails, as once I did finally make contact, and asked to make an appointment with a nail tech, the response was they don't even know if their nail tech is on the schedule. I never did leave a message on the machine, so that's on me, might have had better success if I had done that."

"A family member of mine used to go to this salon for nails and was a very good customer for over a year. One day she made an honest mistake and forgot that she had an appointment, the first time she had done this. She showed up about an hour late to see if she was able to make another appointment and to pay for the appointment, since that is policy at most places that you have to pay for the service if you are a no call no show for an appointment(which she was going to pay for the missed appointmen). They had already filled her appointment spot and later that day she received a text form Katie terminating her as a client. It was completely unexpected, especially since she would bring in her own products to be used and give the rest of it to Katie to use on other clients. Not very professional way to go about things and would not recommend her as a nail tech. She also drills too hard on the nail beds and my family member also at one point had mold growing under her fake nails while Katie was her nail technician. Bad news!!"
