"What started out as a great arrangement for my 88 year old MIL, who is legally blind thanks to advanced macular degeneration , and this salon has slowly deteriorated into a huge disappointment. Pat (MIL) looked forward to her weekly appointments, not only because they made her feel good, but they were an outing for her. Her stylist referred to her as Peg, drenched her in water on two separate occasions, did not bother gathering any information about her (like a contact phone number), and did not keep three appointments made with her due to confusion with her name and/or appointment details: all this in three months. This is terrible customer service so we will be looking for another salon to help an aging woman feel better about herself."

"There was a little bit of a miscommunication at first. My stylist had to call in due to illness. Not her fault. Life happens! My phone was having troubles and didn't get the text messages. (It truly was my phone having the issue. It's been acting odd for a few weeks.) Anywho, I was worked into their schedule so that I could still get my hair cut. I truly appreciate them working with me. I'll be back as a customer for years to come after this."
