"Pros; Great location, the room was nice and spacious, quiet room. We were happy they accepted pets. Cons; They have these horribly placed lights right next to the windows that light up the room an unpleasant amount. milk at breakfast had gone SOUR and the milk pitcher was not properly sanitized when they added new milk! My elderly mother wanted to check in one hour early and they were going to charge her $20 to do that. Seemed like a way to nickel and dime you instead of just saying it’s not an option."

"Woman at the front desk at night was rude when I asked for an extra blanket and pillow and refused to give it to me saying she can't do that. I'm a housekeeper, I know damn well she can. Shower was dirty and desperate for repairs. Beds had piss stains. Pillows were disgusting. Ac vents were dusty and it was very hot. Will not be coming in again, ended up sleeping in my car."

"The hotel is in a great location with a great view of Lolo. The room was nothing special and they hadn’t replenished the towels making us wonder what else they hadn’t done. But we were there simply to sleep so it wasn’t too big of a concern. Everything else looked and felt clean. We would stay again ."

"2 story hotel. Clerk was a bit flustered when i was there, but, we managed to get checked in. Interesti gly, the toilet and tub were across rhe room from the sink. The room seemed clean, bed was comfy. The room had both a interior and exterior entrance. The only bad part was that the person upstairs decided to walk with a very heavy foot. Sounded like elephants. And then his dog decided to start barking, and he chose not to quiet it. Guess 5 hours sleep is enough for every one. Did not report this, because it seemed futile. Breakfast in the morning did not have eggs. Sausage, biscuits, and oatmeal(?). There were mo labels and the padtries were highly processed/calories. Sugared cold cereals. There were day old bananas."

"My wife and I stay approximately 20 nights per year in hotels while traveling. We are not too picky and generally find most hotels worth the money we spend. This was not the experience at our recent stay this hotel. For us, we need a nice place to shower before bed and bed to sleep in. The shower did not work. We had the receptionist/night person/only person come up to our room and verify that we had no water pressure to our shower with happened to be around 9pm just before we were going to sleep. She offered us to go downstairs to and use the shower in the one room that she has access to. I asked to receive a refund/discount for this inconvenience and she said that she could not authorize any money and only a manager could. The room window did have a blackout curtain, but it was about 6” from the window and let all kinds of light in from the large led floodlight mounted what seemed directly aimed at our window. Needless to say it felt like the middle of the day all night long and was like sleeping with the lights on in the room. We also spoke with another receptionist/desk person the next morning and she also indicated that she was not a manager and did not have the authority to refund us any amount of money. We opted not to eat breakfast the next morning as it seemed like it was all out of prepackaged plastic items, nothing cooked fresh. Although they were very thorough in contacting me multiple times on the day of to verify that we had zero pets, I have not heard back after 2 weeks from our stay from any manager. We originally booked here because of the location. Going forward, I would drive the extra distance to avoid staying here."
