"Client Care has made things so much easier. Not only making my monthly debt a little cheaper, but taking away the thought of paying the next 20 years of credit card debt. I've been with them a couple years now and will soon be back on my way to a debt free life. They have knowledgeable staff, and a great customer service. It's nice to actually talk to someone. I recommend anyone that is struggling paycheck to paycheck to give them a call, and get your life back on track. Ask for Hazel and tell her I sent you. You won't regret it. I've read a few of the reviews. This is not fake. Nothing was started without my authorization. I understand people being sceptical, but they are really here to help."

"I've been waiting for over 3 months for these negotiations with my creditors to be resolved. In the meantime my credit has plummeted, the propane company doesn't want to extend any sort of service that would require me to owe any money at all. I called them several times at Debt Hunch and have experienced a very polite and accommodating Jess. She's always polite and professional, but she is not the person in charge of negotiating with my creditors obviously. So I'm getting nasty texts and they're taking money out of my account every month to pay these creditors and yet they're not getting paid at all. They told me not to make the payments and I'm just about ready to do just that. Buyer beware. Now I am editing this review. It has gotten worse. 5 months in and they got me dealing with a law firm who will only help me stay out of court if necessary at a cost of course. This far in, and they increased my payment amount $60+. I'm in a situation where I don't have a choice. I have had to begin paying them monthly now too. I didn't sign up for all of this. This is terrible. Debt collectors, nasty letters, phone calls, nasty texts, and this legal firm won't call me back. I simply have 2 accounts with big corporations equalling a total of just a little over $10k. I could have paid them off by now. I simply wanted to quit paying the extraordinary interest rates. I am getting completely screwed. Since I signed up with debt hunch in September my credit score went from 795 to 514. Due to the fact that my credit is so bad now, my propane company wouldn't extend credit so I got taken off of an online order list which left me without propane that provides my family a heated house during a sub-zero weather event in my area. All because of this terrible situation I am now in. Don't do it if your initial situation sounds similar to mine. It is and is going to cost me way more than high interest rates. I wish there were 0 stars available. It's going to take me years to even get my once decent credit rating out of the poor range. I had no late payments before debt hunch. It's been over 6 months and I'm just now being told that your accounts have to go 6 months before they can even negotiate for you so now my credit is completely ruined and I was never told this, at least in simple terms that is. Well these are your simple terms. Hopefully they'll help someone out there. I wish I would have gotten this information before I got myself stuck in this legal obligatory deceptive crap."

"I got the flyer in the mail like most and was impressed by a way lower interest rate than I have now. I called and had the NICEST guy answer and ask me some basic info questions, but when he asked me for my SSN (social security number), I hesitated and said "I thought you said it was a soft check, why do you need my social?" and he said "I know, we get the hesitation all the time. You can look us up on BBB (better business bureau) and we have an A+ rating!" He said I could call him back after looking them up and he was a godsend for saying that because once I looked them up I realized it was a scam. There is !NO! BBB rating for them, it says as of 2/1/24 "Profile is being updated" and there are no reviews or comments. But GOOGLE reviews...we see a trend. Be wise folks. NEVER give your social security or banking info over the phone to someone you don't know, especially for a preliminary basis! BE SAFE OUT HERE! :-)"
