"I visited Alpine Oral and Facial Surgery to see if I needed surgery on my Torri, which has been a huge dental problem for me. Torri is over growth of bone in or around the jawline. I dreaded the appointment but was quickly put at ease by Dr. Holtzen’s assistant. They took painless images. All I had to do was stand there. No junk in the mouth, etc. The state of the art equipment was like nothing I had ever seen. The images were more than amazing which meant that Dr. Holtzen could not only quickly diagnose the problem but his advice was invaluable. He encouraged me not to go forward with surgery unless my problem became painful. What doctor isn’t chomping at the bit to do surgery? I loved his style. He took quite awhile going over the problem with me, showing me the images and giving different outcomes with and without surgery. He looked me in the eyes when he spoke and I felt as though I had his undivided attention. I left feeling resolved about my situation. The staff were excellent. I can’t say enough about them all! The location is on 10th street. It is the building on your left as you turn from 10th St into the Marcus Daly Hospital Emergency Room parking lot. Take another immediate left into the Alpine Oral and Facial Surgery parking lot. Easy. Walk down the sidewalk between the buildings and they are the first door on your right.
