"I called this place over 2 months ago to get swimming lessons for my 5 year old. After more than 2 months I hadn't heard anything from them. I called them back and was told the instructor would give my daughter lessons every other Saturday. Today was supposed to be her first lesson and we showed up at 8:00 a.m., the time that was set. No one was out front, I found a lady in the pool and she called the instructor and found out that the instructor was out of town and forgot to call us and cancel. I'm disappointed to say the least. This place isn't very organized or professional. I wish I could give them negative stars."

"The pool itself is cool! But the organization of lessons was terrible. I registered my girls for the July 6 session on the phone over a month ago and paid in advance. We showed up, and not only did they not have my girls on the roster for the correct session they didn't have me showing as paid. My friend had similar issues with her kids as well. Very poorly organized and zero communication. I will not be returning for lessons. My girls were so disappointed as they were looking forward to a somewhat normal summer experience given the 2020 coronavirus. The ladies inside the main office of the pool were completely unorganized and unapologetic for their mistake."

"Have taken my family for years and love it Everytime! The staff is always friendly with my young children and help so much with getting them used to the water. My son now 7 has gone through all stages of lessons from baby bopper's at 6mon, preschool, level1-2-3 and summer swim camp! He's a fish and I accredit this staff and programs for that!"

"The staff is friendly and the pools are great! I like the warm indoor pool when it is cold and even though it is small I enjoy the side jets that create a jacuzzi. The outdoor pool while cooler at 82 degrees offers 25 ft and six lanes of fun, which also includes 3 water slides and a splash pad for the kids. My favorite feature of all is that they use a salt filtration system which seems better than most of the highly chlorinated pools in the area. It seems like it is a secret spot as they are hardly ever super busy!"
