"I can personally attest that this is the best A&W in *at least* a several state area. We travel to Kalispell from AZ 3-4 times per year and my daughter insists this is one of our stops on each trip even though it's 30 mins away. I don't disagree. It's become a tradition I look forward to. Additionally we've driven here from AZ numerous times and have tried all the others A&Ws on the way - good but never compares to CF A&W. Same goes for NV. And don't start me on comparing A&W to other fast food establishments... there is no comparison to me. Thank you Columbia Falls A&W for years of memories and super yummy food!!!"

"This place deserves zero stars for the unwelcome attitude of the staff. Maybe you'll miss it if all you do is drive through because they talk nice when you pass by, but these guys absolutely hate customers. Heard nothing but mockery, complaints and insults regarding customers while I sat waiting for my food, and they seemed to have an issue with me just sitting there too. Don't worry I won't ever be back, but everyone deserves to know that you're actually miserable weirdos. It's always a gamble eating at a place like this, people so hateful would mess with your food for an imagined inconvenience. The food isn't that good to take the risk"

"I have loved A&W since I was a child. Since moving to the South, we don't have any restaurants close to where we live. The food was hot and tasty, and the staff, especially Rylie, was super friendly and knew the menu well! Thanks for bringing back some wonderful memories to my taste buds on my visit. ❤️"
