"Love this shop but when i was getting a drink at the cafe the woman who took my order was very rude. Unsure of her name but she was middle aged and had dark red purplish hair in a karen cut. when i told her my iced tea order she groaned like i ordered a six shot frappuchino, and after that when i was opening my bag to get my wallet she told me to get a move on. then when i asked for sweetener syrup she looked at me like i was the dumbest person alive and told me to use sugar packets. Everything else is always nice and i very rarely complain about anything but this lady was a rat"

"Love the store and atmosphere, clean and easy to find things. What will make me never go back was the horrible and rude customer service. You have a woman there working with colored hair, no name tag, who was called up front to help the one and only cashier working. When she arrived, she rudely yells out ‘who’s next’ and it is obviously me next in line. I bring my book up and she says rudely again ‘you a member?’, and I said no and after this I don’t want to be. She was making weird ‘sigh’ noises like she thought that working in the bookstore was like working the diamond mines in South Africa. Completely rude and annoyed that I wanted to buy a book on her time. I’ve taken this location off my ‘preferred’ store, and I’ll find another place to buy my monthly book. I noticed her mentioned in another review. Not a good look, B&N. I won’t be back."

"This is the first two storied Barnes & Noble I have seen. It was really nice inside. Easy to navigate and find the different sections. The selection of books, games, music and movies in house was fairly wide. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
