"Stayed at Super 8 for the first time on this business trip. The building was relatively basic on the exterior and the lobby was simple but clean. The gentleman at the desk was polite and helpful. The room itself was very nice. Very clean with everything in good and close to new condition! The bed was comfortable and temperature control was good. I would definitely recommend this super 8!"

"What a dumpy, uninviting experience. From the moment I walked in, the disgruntled fella at the counter was irritated by my presence. He was scowling and snarky. So terrible, I believe the folks saying positive remarks about the staff are fake reviews. Maybe for $39.99 I would take that kind of treatment, but not for $100. For an extra $40 I took my business down the road to what seemed to be a luxury motel where I greeted politely and my business was welcomed as opposed to a burden. I usually don’t bother with Super 8’s bc of experiences like this but since it received 4.1 stars at the time, I thought it may be different. It wasn’t. I would not believe any of the positive reviews. You’ve been warned."

"The room was clean. The beds were OK, not amazing. I thought they were ok, but my traveling partner woke up with a stiff back. The water in the shower was luke warm at best but did get warmer somewhere past 5 min. The people at the desk were very nice however and gave us a discount. Their attitude kept it from being an extremely mediocre stay and turned it into a decent one."
