"Horrible. We've been waiting for 25 minutes for fries and a pie? Our order was sitting on the table in the back for 6 minutes while they run around talking about tiktok and innapropriate means while we were sitting there, waiting. Disgusting employees, overall horrible experience."

"I had just sat down in dining with one of their meals. I was a paying customer there less than 10 minutes. They called the cops and a tow company on my car parked right outside their door. They did not even check with their paying customers before they made their phone calls. They did not even offer an apology. They have lost me as a customer."

"I pulled into the drive thru 20 mins before closing and sat for 5 mins before I started towards the windows as I'm going by the workers didn't have any head sets on and were doing closing duties I also called the phone and someone answered then hung up. I have never had this experience before I am very upset by the workers being more worried about leaving right at closing time rather than serving customers while during operating hours."

"It was 1/18/24 (thursday) at 10:27 pm (or so). Me and someone else went to the drive-through and there were two visible workers at that time. We sat at the speaker about 10 minutes with not a single response and a line of three built up. We drove by the window wondering if they were closed. There were two employees avoiding looking at the drive-through window (possibly a coincidence). So I went back around just incase it was a mistake. Yet still the next few minutes they were devoid of working. We drove by the window and the two workers that were present were no longer visible from view of the window. They had basically completely closed by 10:20? Despite still being open and completely avoided every attempt from any customer until closing."

"The service at this location was quick and friendly, and the dining room was nice and clean. However, my order was very wrong. I ordered a large drink and a quarter pounder with cheese. I received a medium drink and a quarter pounder sans cheese. Disappointing. Considering they weren't in any way busy, this should have been difficult to mess up. The drink I was able to forgive since it's possible they ran out of large cups, but the burger I can't. It's literally the staple of the burger that it comes WITH CHEESE. Edit: The picture came out blurry due to poor lighting, unfortunately. But it should be easy to notice there's no cheese."
