"I ordered over DoorDash. I wanted only cheese and only bacon on both of my burgers, it clearly says it on the receipt as well. Order came to the house and both of the burgers we just meat and bun. I didn’t think it was this hard to make an order correct. This happens way too often."
"Marcus T. was the employee at the window when we came by on our way home from a girl's trip. We politely ordered all of our food at the drive thru. He didn't greet us in any way other than giving us our total and then looked like we'd asked him to deliver the moon when we asked to purchase two additional fry sauces when we got to the window. The pickles were completely left off a burger where we asked for extra and he gave us no ketchup even though we asked for it. Never smiled or thanked us. He literally rolled his eyes as we finished our transaction. They gave us 2 napkins- we ordered 4 meals so I'm not sure who would think that was sufficient. If you don't like your job, find a new one but don't have a job interacting with the public and spreading your misery. All of the women on this trip work in customer service and know what it looks like when it's great. This wasn't it."
"The handsome fella in drive thru I think named Eli took my order, he was super sweet and made sure my order was correct. My burger looked immaculate, just the succulent treat I needed! And the raspberry shake was very tasty, yes indeed."
"My wife orfered the Frugal Burger, and I ordered the Halibut Fish sandwich. My wife liked the burger and said 4 starts. The same is true with the Halibut. A gigantic step up from MacDonalds! I would eat there again if I passed by and was in a hurry. Services were very friendly. We did the did through and it was 22 degrees outside."
"I enjoy Frugals' "Garden burger" because it's a decent vegetarian option. Today is the second time I've had bacon mixed in with my sautéed mushrooms. Unfortunately I didn't catch it in time and almost swallowed it. I wasted $20 when I couldn't stop myself from emptying my stomach. The appearance of the burgers is nothing to write home about but this photo was of one I tore apart to find the bacon inside of it."
