"The toasted meat was not hot, which made the Philly steak taste off. My son had 2 sandwiches, and both were overpriced. I'm not exactly sure what we were charged for as the kids' meals were cheaper than what we were charged. The cashier did not ask us if we wanted meals. Just charged us for them. A couple walked in after us. They were waiting for someone to take their order. Both employees were in the back eating and talking. Over the many years of truck driving and eating itself. Way restaurants, which usually had a good outcome today, wasn't one of those days."

"I wish I knew the names of the girls working at the Stevensville location the last few times I've gone in, but they always brighten my day. I've watched them with other customers too and they always find something to compliment the customer on. I hope they can be recognized by management!"

"Did an online order took 45min longer and while we were sitting and waiting there were other people waiting for their online order also. I understand busy and short staffed but when I walked in no one was here and no one was making sandwiches….. I also understand someone was making bread but what was the other person doing? It just took longer than expected and was just disappointing that it was so unorganized. There was a lot of talking and not much work being done so hopefully they can get more staffing to help."

"Went in around dinner 7 pm to get dinner the husband and I to assure you we are the only one in the building with the 2 other young workers. Well the young girl who had started making our sandwich then while our sandwiches were toasting with the same gloves she made our sandwiches with she starts cleaning and spraying stuff down. Not a person to write reviews but very upsetting to go in and have a health violation happen with my food. Not sure if it's going to make me sick but thought I'd share I just found out I was pregnant so it's definitely a concern for me if others aren't paying attention. But again we love subway and support it!"
