Subway

"Showed up well over a half hour before closing and the entire staff looked at each other then at me, like what the hell are you doing here? The person behind the counter angerly put the condiments and veggies back in their spots that they had been packing up for the night, well over half hour before closing. I could tell I was not welcome and that the burden of doing their jobs was going to be a lot for this crew so I left and I will never be back."

"I hadn't been to Subway in quite some time. Seeing all about their refresh on the commercials I thought what the heck. I needed to buy food for my work crew. I was utterly shocked at the price of the sandwiches. Utterly shocked. No chips no drinks no cookies. Basic sandwiches like the meatball and cold cut combo nothing off their new improved refreshed menu. Way way too expensive for Subway."

"I ordered 6 sandwiches using the app and discovered, once at the hotel, that they were all wrong. The sandwiches even included ingredients one of us were allergic to. When I called the restaurant they stated that they made what was printed. I'm not sure how this happened. How none of the condiments or cheese made it to the tickets..and how ones we did not order did. The manager asked me to turn around and drive back to a town we passed through but I refused. I will not waste valuable time on the road to make 6 new sandwiches. I asked for a refund and the manager said she would call the owner. After the owner called the manager, the manager called me to say that I would not be getting a refund. WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER. I've never had an experience such as this at any Subway, everything has always been correct. Maybe it is just this one. But this experience is enough to make me shop elsewhere in the future. I hear Jimmy John's has good customer service and support."
