"I recommend if you go to this McDonald's, and use the kiosk to order, you tell the manager. Because I didnt. And 20 min later, when I inquired about my order, I was told I had not received it because I used the kiosk. And that I should have told them I had an order through the kiosk. I was asked for my receipt, and I gave it to them. She then, very loudly and across the store, told me what I should have done differently. She did offer to refund my money because in the 20 min they had switched to lunch from breakfast. So, if you enjoy having all the patrons in the restaurant look at you because she is speaking VERY loud at you, I would recommend this McDonald's. After we received our food, we did watch it happen to another customer! Maybe it was a bad day, maybe it is the new way of treating customers, I am not sure."

"Service was absolutely terrible, besides tav who is a good worker. They were kicking us out to close 2hrs before posted lobbie time closed and were staring at us the whole time and the manager said "I could literally put these kids on the street" idk what he was even talking about but we did literally nothing just wanted to eat and chill"

"Every single member of your team needs sum soft skill training or just plain attitude adjustments they are rude impatient not one of them had a smile on their face I had to bring my food back in and when I asked for fresh freeze the kid replied wirh. Lou's moan and asked if I was serious. WORST MCDONALDS OF ALL TIME"

"Lotta night crew workers are super laid back and respectful, letting us know roughly when our food will be done. They run through the order before paying to make sure you’re getting what you ask for, which is a good habit to develop with two lanes. Some are even willing to chat and build a dynamic with a customer such as myself, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Only thing is the drive thru around 9:30 days they are closed, though workers have confirmed it’s automated and helped me after helping the other lane. Hats off to all the managers who know how to not just boss, but lead. :)"

"I understand that it's summertime and they're super busy but the food was clearly old and dry french fries were unsalted and stale. If you're looking to get McDonald's the morning time is the best time with people who have been working there for some time but going in the afternoon means you get younger on experienced teenagers who don't even communicate with each other it left us very hungry and upset"
