"The young man provided me poor customer service, perhaps because he is inexperienced or perhaps for another reason. I waited at the counter patiently, clearly waiting to be attended to, while he stood for several minutes at his computer doing something, without acknowledging me. I would expect in such a situation the minimum respect as a customer to be acknowledged and told “I will be with you in just a minute” at the very least. When he finally looked at me and asked me what I needed, I said I had something prepaid waiting for me. He was apparently unaware of this and aimlessly looked around for several minutes, and when he couldn’t find it, he didn’t communicate to me what I should do next, nor did he take the initiative to interrupt or find other employees to ask about the order. He just began attending to another customer while I stood waiting (I did enjoy chatting to a fellow customer while I waited). He indicated after he finished with the other customer that he did not know what to do other than wait for the lead employee to finish with his customer. In my view this is entirely inappropriate as it indicates several things: no protocol among employees for such a situation, poor communication, and customers like my family who have already paid for their parts fail to receive efficiency and respect (it should be as simple as entering the store, being able to notify the employee and walk out with prepaid item - it should take 1 min not 20)."

"The young woman who waited on me was just learning but eager to help and asked for assistance when she was unsure. I'm sure she will be a valuable asset to the company . it was a fun shopping experience."

"Very knowledgeable and will quickly order parts if they don't have them in stock, usually come in next day."

"Terrible. If you are trying to get auto parts go somewhere else. The counter help has no idea what most parts are, cannot look up the correct part, (even when you give them the part number) and is clueless even when asked simple questions about parts. With out a doubt, the worst auto parts store in Southwest Montana."

"My teenage son ordered a part was given a quote. He was charged nearly double the quoted price. When I went back to ask about it they acknowledged the mistake but said there was nothing they can do about. The other employee smirked and shouted not like we set the price as I walked out."
