"I love the postal annex. They have the best employees ever and the owner is an absolute hoot! The service is incredible and they are so very helpful and friendly. If you need postal service done gonto the annex!!!!"
"Postal Annex Kalispell is the best way to deal with your mail and packages. All I've known is this store for a year and a half. I feel lucky to get to use them. It takes 2 minutes to pick up a package And you'll already know your package is there too. When you're there to pick up a package, they automatically hand you the mail from your box too, which is a separate open 24 hrs lobby next door. Loving to shop, I've picked out cards, postcards, and presents for family back home in the cutest gift shop. There are three women and at least two men who work there that are really super nice people. I can easily say I feel like they're my friends and feel joy every time I leave their business."
"The lady that did my fax was very nice, but the other one was rude to a customer before us, and was talking bad about us to a different customer."
"I am SOOOOO disappointed in this "christian" centered postal annex! I am a business owner myself and would pray that I NEVER have employees that represent me the way did. I can not believe the awfulness and rudeness that came from not just one, but ALL of them! Tom Evans (owner) I would do yourself a favor and look into where management is going wrong. Christina ("manager'") was also so disappointing to speak to. As someone who values both quality service and a commitment to Christian principles, my experience at Postal Annex in Kalispell MT left me profoundly disappointed. Despite its branding as a "Christian based" postal store, my visit failed to reflect the values it purportedly stands for. Firstly, the service was far from what I expected. The staff appeared indifferent and lacked the warmth and genuine care that one might anticipate from a business aligned with Christian values. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like gained up on and disrespected. Moreover, while I anticipated an environment that reflected Christian principles of honesty and integrity, my interaction with the staff left me questioning these values. There seemed to be a lack of transparency in their dealings and a sense of disorganization that contradicted the principles the store claims to uphold. Additionally, I was hopeful to see a focus on community and compassion, but unfortunately, this was absent in my experience. A true Christian-based store, in my opinion, should strive to foster a sense of community, support, and generosity, none of which I observed during my visit. In essence, while the store may label itself as "Christian based," my experience fell short of reflecting the values and ethos I associate with such a designation. It's disheartening when a business fails to live up to the expectations it sets, especially when those expectations are based on core principles of faith and goodwill. I sincerely hope that Tom reconsiders its approach and works toward aligning its practices more closely with the values it claims to represent. Until then, I regrettably cannot recommend this store to those seeking an authentic expression of Christian-based service and principles."
"They lost a $2500 camera last year. Recently I had a package that fedex says never left their facility. They claim they gave it to Fedex. When I POLITELY questioned if they could look and said "I'm just letting you know what happened" the VERY rude woman said and I quote "if you don't like it don't come here." Today, their machine was having an issue. I had just taken cash from an ATM and bought things at Ulta. I was ON my banking app and could see no attempted transactions were being made but the machine was denying my card. I expressed this, super politely. The VERY kind woman at the counter spotted me the $.89 to let me go. BUT as I'm leaving a NASTY man from behind the counter tells me to "GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM. WHY DON'T YOU STAY IN COSTA RICA" I replied "excuse me I'm from Montana I was born here." To which he says "no you're not you liar. You're not from here." I replied "I'm from Eureka and I was born in the no longer there Whitefish Hospital" And HE AGAIN told me to go back where I came from and called me a liar. I totally lost my temper and told him to F off. I've filed a complaint with their Franchise owner. It's disgraceful they play Christian music and treat people like this. I'm super worried about my dropped packages now given the past missing packages and the xenophobic treatment I just received. I can't imagine how they treat people of color. Stay away. Also for the record. While it shouldn’t matter. I was born in the Whitefish hospital. I grew up in Montana. Eureka and Kalispell. And it shouldn’t matter where I’m from. You don’t treat people like that. AND to be rude to people and tell them to go back where they came from because you THINK they’re not from your hometown is disgusting. Shameful behavior for people blasting Jesus music. An immigrant in a foreign land. They missed the loving kindness, compassion part of Christianity. Gross. I am super worried about my packages going missing. But I will know who is responsible if they don’t ship correctly. I feel sorry for the new woman that was so nice that works there. She was LOVELY."
